Al Russo

Al graduated with honors from the University of Scranton and began his career at Coopers & Lybrand in Manhattan. After earning his CPA, he joined JP Morgan in 1983, where he gained extensive experience in banking, investments, and estate planning for high-net-worth individuals.
In 1988, Al earned a master’s degree in taxation from Seton Hall University. That same year, he joined Tom to provide clients with professional guidance in financial, estate, and tax planning. Al also has extensive experience in business valuation and has testified numerous times as an expert witness. In addition, he holds the designation of Accredited Investment Fiduciary.
Married since 1985, Al enjoys traveling with his wife, Susan, and their son, Chris. He also enjoys cooking, attending live music venues, and continuing his long-standing effort to improve his golf game.
Al is a former Board Member and currently serves on the Finance Committee of Crossroads4Hope, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization located in Bedminster NJ that provides psychosocial support services to individuals and families coping with the emotional and social impact of cancer.
